Editors Talk: Summer in Boston

As summer comes to a close here in beautiful Boston, I thought it was time to reminisce on the summer fashion photo-shoots taken by the lovely Jasmine Rayonia; the mastermind behind all in-house photos here at #119 and her own photography archive, jrayphotography. The amazing summer weather in Boston allowed for great on-location photo-shoots and allowed my summer style to reemerge after a long silence. Welcoming lightweight sneakers and embracing the sporty and chic mentality, summer became one of the most stylish seasons yet. Being from Florida where summer is way too hot to even think about style, I was a bit jaded going in, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to maintain a minimal aesthetic in 90 degree weather. It took some time, but I went through and chose a few of my favorite #119 Summer Fashion photos featuring some great friends who help to exemplify the essence of being 'Sporty & Rich' in the city we love: Boston, MA.
