We all fall for the smooth vocals and boyish charm of Justin Timberlake, there's no denying it. However, if you find that you have played The 20/20 Experience album one too many times, check out Travis Garland. I first discovered this angel from above through his covers on YouTube (please bless your day with the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Ax122p42Q4" target="_blank">Diamonds/Adorn Mash-Up</a>) and have been obsessed ever since. His vocal range is simply out of this world, arguably better than JT, and his lyrics will have you deep into your feelings in no time.<br />

At the young age of 20, Tink is slowly on the come up and one to watch out for. Her voice and musical style is essentially a mix between Dej Loaf and Tinashe, blending cool and sweet all in one package. Having already worked with mainstream giants Timbaland and Jeremih, Tink is steadily gaining attention for her single <i>Million, </i>but her <a href="https://soundcloud.com/tink_g" target="_blank">Soundcloud</a> hosts many more jams you will be sure to love<i>.</i> It is clear that honest love songs are her strength, check out my favorite below.<br />

Let me start off by saying I am a huge Kendrick fan and could never dream of replacing him in my music library. However, when I'm not in the mood for a 50th play through Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, I bump Isaiah Rashad's EP, Cilvia Demo. A fellow member of TDE, Isaiah Rashad is very heavily slept on when compared to Kendrick and Schoolboy Q. His pace is slower than Kendrick and his music is on the more chill side of rap, but Isaiah's talent is evident nonetheless. Granted, when you're a part of the rap genius that is Top Dawg Entertainment, how could you not be this good?<br />

To be very honest I never really jumped on the Lana train when everyone became obsessed with her. Don't get me wrong, she's pretty unique and has a dope vibe, but her vocals and lyrics never truly impressed me. Banks, however, hit straight to the soul when I heard her first single <i>Goddess</i>. Not only is she as beautiful as her voice, but her honest lyrics are some of the most relatable and empowering I have ever heard. With Instagram being one of the most popular social media sites today, many users are trying to find new ways to set their pictures apart from the crowd. When used strategically, light leaks add a little extra pop of color to an otherwise average picture. However, "strategically" is the key word. Too many times I've seen (and learned from failed experiences) light leaks being thrown into pictures just for the sake of differentiation. When thought is not put into the placement of this effect, it can look awkward and extremely unnatural. The trick is to figure out where the natural light's point of origin and direction is in the picture, and align your light leak accordingly.<br />

This is by far my favorite feature. I first learned about double exposure when experimenting with Holga film cameras in high school, and fell in love with the concept ever since. As the technique's name suggests, it is essentially two pictures fused into one. While there are many different ways to use this, my favorite implementation is in the creation of not-so-simple portraits. To do this effectively, make sure that your base picture (in this case, the picture of <b>#119</b>'s co-editor Sam Isaacs) has a very simple composition and background. Then, overlay a pattern or another picture on top of your base. Choosing a complex base could make your end result could look too busy, so experiment and see what works best!<br />

But with only one season and 25 minute long episodes, it can be watched in one night (which I have done and don't regret). And with its funny banter and relatable characters, it is worth the watch.</span><br />

The narrator explains why or why not they would work out. With 10 main characters, its easy to relate to at least one. The show hits on stereotypes we make about each other, the dating struggle, and friendships. </span></div>

Low and behold, you read the ingredient list and notice that shea butter is the second to last ingredient in a list of 15 ingredients of things you can’t pronounce. Big red flag. Ingredients are listed in order from the most used ingredient to the least. In other words, put that lotion down and go on and get you some <a href="http://www.sheamoisture.com/" target="_blank">Shea Moisture</a>.</span></div>

<u>Certified Organic</u> - In order for a product to be considered organic, it must be certified and deemed so by an organization which is sometimes listed somewhere near the ingredients.</div>

<span class="s1"><u>Occurs Naturally/**Natural</u> - Due to requirements for brands to disclose the scientific name of ingredients, it can be off-putting to read Melaleuca Alternifolia instead of Tea Tree Oil so most brands tend to add a disclaimer in the form of an asterisk which later explains that the 18-character long word you sounded like a three-year old trying to pronounce occurs naturally or is a natural ingredient.</span></div>

Also based in Boston, Jonna Mojica has a flare for the underground. It is clear that this Instagram connoisseur finds the beauty of a city in its people as much as its architecture. Admittedly, I first started following Brandon on <a href="http://houseofdxwn.com/" target="_blank">Tumblr</a> purely because of his love for all things OVO, but one day I scrolled passed his original photos and had to hit him with the IG follow. His photos of the streets and high rises of Toronto and Shanghai are so surreal that they more closely resemble Gotham City than they do real life. His graphic design skills happen to be stellar as well, just check out his recent constructions of Kendrick Lamar and Drake. <b>Why?</b> Allow me to explain. While Niykee is a talented girl who can carry a tune a play a guitar, the central focus of her hype is <b>very rarely </b>her musical abilities. Rather, Googling her name pulls up a plethora of skin-bearing pics, which I for one do not have a problem with, but hype should be dealt to whomever holds exceptional talent. Her body should compliment her talent, rather than prevail over it. She is a gorgeous girl with a low-key T.Swift vocal vibe, but to say she's the "next big thing" might be a stretch.<br />

<b>Why? </b>He's a goddamn Jonas Brother, that's why. Nick has been talented since day one but since his recent evolution to pop/r&b prince, he's really got me feeling some type of way. The boy bulked up, worked on his vocals, and was very clearly influenced by the movement back to the beauty that is r&b and soul. His latest album was filled with hits and features from the likes of bb Tinashe and Mike Posner as well as him being featured on a track with Sage the Gemini (I see u Nick). I <b>cannot </b>wait to go see him in September. I have a strong feeling 13 year old me will be paying us a visit that night. JoBro's for life, get with it or get lost.<br />
